Return Policy

All lamps have a 30-day return policy. Pencil cases have a 15-day return policy.

When shipping a product back to Laseriginals™: If it arrives undamaged and packaged as it was when first purchased, you will receive a 100% refund of the cost. If a product is damaged, you will be charged a damage fee equal to 50% of the product’s price.

All art supply organizers have a 15 day return policy. 

Once an art supply organizer is shipped back, if it arrives undamaged and packaged as it was when first purchased, you will receive a 100% refund of the cost. 

If an art supply organizer is damaged, you will be charged a 50% damage fee.

Once a product is shipped back, if it arrives undamaged and packaged as it was when first purchased, you will receive a 100% refund. 

If a product is damaged, you will be charged a 50% damage fee. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

All lamps have a 15-day exchange policy.

If the lamp arrives undamaged and packaged as it was when first purchased, you will receive another lamp of your choosing at no cost to you. If the lamp is damaged, you will be charged a damage fee equal to 35% of the lamp’s price.

All art supply organizers have a 15-day exchange policy. If the art supply organizer arrives undamaged and packaged as it was when first purchased, you will receive the same model at no cost to you.

If you want to exchange it for a different organizer, you will either be refunded or charged the difference.

If an art supply organizer is damaged, you will be charged a damage fee equal to 30% of the organizer's price.

If it arrives undamaged and packaged as it was when first purchased, you will receive the same product at no cost to you. If you want to exchange it for a different product, you will either be refunded or charged the difference.

If a product arrives damaged

• Take several photos of the product from different angles (in the packaging) in order to document the damage

• Take a photo of the packaging itself to show the damage

• Use our contact form to send us the photo and the product’s order number

• We will examine the photos and respond within 72 hours.
